    Alderwoman Ward I - Sharon Schlueter  (573) 291-4795

Alderwoman Schlueter has lived in Holts Summit since 1998.  She finds the position  to be very interesting and is very impressed by the hard work  that the Holts Summit City employees perform to gather and  provide the information to help the Board members make informed decisions.  Alderwoman Schlueter has seen the city go through much growth and many changes.  She looks forward to seeing more services, businesses and neighborhoods being added over the coming years.






 Alderman Ward II Charles Chamberlin  (573) 298-0444

 Mr. Chamberlin is a retired Emergency Management/Business Continuity professional, who has lived in Holts Summit for the last six years.  In the past he has served as a Municipal police chief, Chairman of the Criminal Justice Department for a private college, Director of Business Continuity for one of the United States’ largest Insurance companies, and as the Director of Disaster Recovery Services for a national food charity.  While working for Motorola Inc., he served as the Director of Security for their Asian Divisions, living, for nearly a decade in Hong Kong, working closely with many Asian police departments, investigating cellular phone fraud.  Chamberlin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, and a Master’s in Public Administration and has previously served, as well, as an elected official for a Library District, and a Township in Illinois.  He is married, has one adult child, Christa, and lives “beneath the water tower” in Holts Summit, with his wife of nearly fifty years, Susan .   



Alderman Ward II -Thomas Durham  (573) 896-8783

Alderman Durham and his wife Mary Ann moved to Holts Summit in 1992.  He has served on the Sewer Commission from 1994 until it was discontinued, and on the Planning and Zoning Commission until he was elected Alderman in 2009. He currently serves as the Alderman Representative to the Planning and Zoning Commission. His wife has served on numerous commissions and committees for the City as well serving 7 years as Ward II  Alderwoman.
